专利摘要:
Syringe for use in a liquid dosage system, e.g. insulin. The invention relates to a disposable syringe which can be used as a container / cartridge in a dosing system after being filled from a vial. This is achieved by transforming the disposable syringe from a disposable syringe to a container / cartridge in the filling process by removing the piston rod.

DK 2019 00097 A1 Description The invention relates to a syringe for use in a system for dosing medication in liquid form, e.g. insulin.
The cheapest form of treatment for a number of chronic diseases (for example diabetes) where patients have to have daily injections takes place today using a standard disposable syringe in combination with a vial.
Typically, patients who use the cheapest form of treatment buy / receive a vial of the medicine. Then they draw the medicine themselves into the syringe, after which it is injected.
The group of patients offered this type of treatment is the group with the fewest funds available.
The treatment procedure has a number of disadvantages. These include dosing precision and general "convenience".
By introducing a syringe that can be used as a container / cartridge into a dosing system after being filled from a larger container, previous users of vials and standard syringes are given an opportunity to connect this container / cartridge into a dosing system and thereby achieve the advantages in terms of greater precision and the possibility of having a smaller syringe with you in the workplace or the like.
权利要求:
Claims (11)
[1]
A disposable syringe (1) consisting of a Container (2), in which a piston (3) is connected to a piston rod (4) - characterized in that the piston rod (4) can be disengaged from the piston (3) when the Container (2) ) is sufficiently filled with liquid, which ensures that the disposable syringe (1) can be subsequently coupled to a dosing mechanism (6) when filling from, for example, a vial.
[2]
Disposable syringe (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the container and piston are automatically separated from the piston rod after filling, so that the filled container (5) can be mounted on a dosing mechanism (6).
[3]
Disposable syringe (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the container (2) and the piston rod (4) are manually separated from the piston (3) by rotation, tilting or the like so that the filled container (5) can be mounted on a dosing mechanism (6).
[4]
A disposable syringe (1) with a plunger according to claim 1, characterized in that the plunger is placed in the top (7) of the Container before commencing dosing and after use is placed in the bottom (8) of the container.
[5]
A disposable syringe (1) with piston according to claim 1, characterized in that the piston after use is placed in the bottom position, so that the piston rod can not be reassembled and thereby pull on the piston, thereby the disposable syringe can not be reused.
[6]
A disposable syringe (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the mounted piston (3) has a retaining geometry (9) which ensures that there is engagement with the piston rod during the filling of the container.
[7]
A disposable syringe (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the piston rod (4) has a retaining geometry (10) which ensures that there is engagement with the piston during the filling of the container.
40
[8]
Disposable syringe according to claim 1, characterized in that the rear edge (11) of the container is that which together with the piston and / or piston rod (12) creates the transition where the piston and piston rod change from being engaged to being separated; this transition creates during the filling the point where filling is interrupted 45 and piston rod is separated from Container / piston; to ensure that the engagement of the piston with the piston rod is broken, a flexible zone is inserted on the piston and / or piston rod (13), so that
DK 2019 00097 A1 intervention is interrupted in the interface shown in (11) and (12).
[9]
Disposable syringe (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the piston rod (4) can be disengaged from the piston (3) as a consequence of the coupling being determined by a limitation of the inner diameter of the Container (2).
[10]
A disposable syringe according to claim 1, characterized in that the Container (2) has one or more geometric details (14) which ensure that the assembled disposable syringe can be connected to a dosing mechanism.
[11]
A dosing mechanism (6) connectable to a disposable syringe according to claims 1-10.
